ANALYTICS MANAGER
London – Hybrid Working – 3 days a week in office
SALARY – £75,000 to £90,000

The Role
• Lead strategic projects focused on improving approval rates while maintaining strong risk controls.
• Use SQL to interrogate complex multisource data and generate insights that support smarter, faster decisioning.
• Work closely with growth and marketing teams to drive conversion and increase the volume of approved customers.
• Leverage a new decisioning platform to enhance credit strategy, scoring and underwriting approaches.
• Design scalable analytical frameworks and tracking systems that support long‑term optimisation.
• Collaborate across consumer and business portfolios, working with product, finance, engineering and operations.
Your Skills and Experience
• Strong experience in analytics, strategy or credit decisioning in a lending, fintech or similarly data‑driven environment.
• Confident using SQL in depth and working directly with complex, joined datasets.
• Able to apply analytical insight to commercial decision making, balancing risk and growth objectives.
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Python experience is beneficial, especially if previously used within decisioning or modelling processes.
• A quantitative academic background is advantageous.
