We have an urgent Project Manager position on a 9m build project in Exeter – it’s a beauty. 4 x buildings delivered over 10 months.
– Are you an experienced, No.1 Project Manager with good Modular Build knowhow?– Do you have Tier 1 Main Contractor experience?– Are you hot on process and procedures?
If so, Build Space has the perfect role for you!!!
Project Manager roles and responsibilities:
–Planning & Scheduling:Developing project plans, setting milestones, and creating detailed schedules.– Budget & Cost Control:Monitoring expenditures, negotiating contracts, and preventing cost overruns.– Site Management:Overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.– Coordination:Liaising with architects, engineers, clients, and local authorities for permits.– Quality & Safety Assurance:Enforcing safety protocols and conducting inspections to meet quality standards.– Reporting:Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Project Manager experience required:
– Minimum 10 years Project Manager experience.– Good Modular Build experience.– CSCS Black / White, First Aid, SMSTS.– Excellent IT / reporting / communication skills.– BPSS Security Clearance.
