Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Manager / Production Manager to oversee their busy workshop and deliver high-quality, bespoke projects.This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual with a creative mindset and strong leadership skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and interpret client briefs, ensuring project requirements are clearly understood and delivered
  • Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and production schedules
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate the workshop team to ensure efficiency and quality output
  • Prioritise workload and delegate tasks effectively across multiple projects
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Maintain and update internal systems and job tracking processes (strong IT/computer skills required)
  • Support the delivery of bespoke, design-led projects from concept through to completion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Workshop Manager, Production Manager, or similar role (ideally within interiors, joinery, or bespoke manufacturing)
  • Strong organisation, planning, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • A creative and solutions-focused approach xwzovoh to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills
  • Full UK driving licence (essential due to location)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am 5:30pm
  • Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods
