- Preparing consultant briefs, managing tender processes, and ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
Essentials
- It is essential that you hold a recognised qualification in project management and have demonstrable experience working for a social landlord in the delivery of planned maintenance projects.
- Were looking for someone with strong project management skills and hands-on experience delivering planned maintenance within the housing industry or construction sector.
