Key responsibilities
- Strategic partnership with members of the senior leadership team, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing expertise aimed at mitigating risks surrounding financial crime, particularly anti-money laundering (AML)
- Working with regional markets to assess their risk mitigation strategies and project managing remediations and improvements to the compliance programs.
- Driving the implementation of group-wide compliance policies and programs to regional markets, working as the go-between for Group and Regions.
- Delivering tailored training programmes on financial crime and compliance.
- Regulatory reporting
Qualifications / Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will be an established Compliance Manager with a keen understanding of financial crime in regulated sectors (banking, insurance, for example). xwzovoh You’ll be an analytic thinker and problem solver who can digest complex information and make it understandable for others.
