Equifind have recently partnered with a global market maker/Brokerage that provide a mix of different services in order to hire for them a FP&A accountant. Based by Liverpool Street, London, they are looking to add to their already established finance team.
They are looking for a qualified accountant with strength in analysis and hopefully tech skills of: SQL/Python in a strategic focused role where you would business partner with senior stakeholders.
The Role:
The line Manager (Head of FP&A) runs a team of 3 in total including themselves and this is a replacement hire. Initially the role will be focused on tech spend and business partnering.
Some of the key duties include:
- Develop, implement key financial models and forecasts to support strategic objectives and decision making.
- Automate and own reporting of operating costs
- Partner with other departments on strategy
- In charge of budgeting process, business partnering
- KPI setting and analysis
- Support management accounts preparation
- Ad hoc projects
Application Criteria:
- They are looking for a qualified accountant with strength in analysis and modelling in a strategic focused role where you would business partner with senior stakeholders.
- 3-6 years experience
- Happy in the office 3 days a week
