Recruitment Consultant – Software Engineering (Manchester)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning your vertical market specialism within software engineering across the Manchester markets

  • Building out your desk through warm client relationships, live vacancies, headhunting and strategic new business development

  • Working an exclusive, committed client with trust, partnership, and real long‑term opportunity

  • Managing end-to-end 360 recruitment across C#, .NET and related engineering roles

  • Working closely with experienced leaders who will help you shape your desk, your strategy, and your long-term development

  • Collaborating with a high-performing, friendly team known for delivering quality at pace

  • Adding value: market insight, account growth, stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is:

  • Confident in communication and able to build instant rapport

  • Commercially sharp, with strong judgement, curiosity and drive

  • Ambitious, wanting to make a name for themselves in a specialist market

  • Professional and credible, operating with a polished, understated confidence

  • Experienced as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, OR a Resourcer with strong sales ability looking for progression

  • Interested in the tech/software engineering landscape prior experience helpful but not essential
