  • 26 days’ annual leave, increasing to 29 after three years, with the opportunity to buy more
  • Flexible bank holidays take them when it suits you
  • Car leasing scheme
  • Hybrid working offering you the flexibility to thrive in your role. You’ll have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately two to three days per week in the office once settled in the role. This is flexible and depends on meeting cycles and board activity. We also offer an optional nine-day fortnight scheme, allowing you to compress your hours if it suits the role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading on water safety compliance across PA Housing properties in line with our Legionella Policy
  • Managing and coordinating water safety programmes, including inspections, servicing, and remedial works
  • Monitoring contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Working closely with internal teams and contractors to plan and prioritise works effectively
  • Providing clear, practical technical advice and reports to support decision-making
  • Supporting resident safety by ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally, with a customer-focused approach
  • Overseeing subcontractors across water systems, sewage pumps, and associated services

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have solid experience working in water safety, ideally within housing, property, or a client-side environment
  • Are comfortable managing compliance programmes rather than solely delivering hands-on contractor work
  • Have experience working with contractors and holding them accountable for performance
  • Are confident engaging with residents when required, handling queries professionally and empathetically
  • Have a strong understanding of HSE ACoP L8 and wider Health & Safety regulations
  • Are comfortable using IT systems to manage compliance and reporting
  • Have a solid technical understanding of building services and maintenance

If specific qualifications are required, please upload them with your application to demonstrate your eligibility.

At PA Housing, we believe in respect, integrity, and accountability. Our work is about people not just properties and we’re always looking for ways to do better. If that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to hear from you.
