Job Advert The post involves offering support and assistance to people with community care needs in order to facilitate discharge from hospital. Substantial experience of working within a care environment and HNC in Social Care would be preferred. You must have the ability to be mobile across the Falkirk Council area. You will work 37 hours per week on a temporary 9 month basis. If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership, the cost of which will be met by the preferred candidate.
