Senior HR Business Partner (3 Months FTC) Prestigious law firm based in the heart of the City is seeking a part-time Senior HR Business Partner on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility to being extended to 4-months. Salary to £70,000 (FTE) 3-month fixed-term contract Part-time – 3 or 4 days a week Applicants must be available to start immediately or at very short notice Senior HR Business Partner Key Responsibilities: Provide effective generalist HR expertise across the firm, including payroll Deliver hands-on, commercially focused HR support in a fast-paced and varied environment Manage employee relations and employee welfare matters Lead and support recruitment activities Contribute to and deliver HR projects Partner with Practice and Business Teams to provide strategic and operational HR support Provide dedicated employee relations, employee welfare, and recruitment support to business teams and the secretarial population Senior HR Business Partner Skills & Requirements: HR experience ideally gained from a law firm environment, however professional services experience will also be considered Strong HR Business Partner experience and be confident in running a variety of ER matters and performance conversations 6 years of HR generalist experience, perhaps working within a team or in a standalone role, preferably within a partnership CIPD qualification41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15…
