Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver
Location: Droitwich
Pay: 13.02 per hour + Holiday Pay (Weekly Pay)
Contract: Full Time, Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (Overtime available)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our client’s busy and growing team in Droitwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term position with potential to go permanent.
Own transport is essential due to the location.
Expired FLT certificates will be considered – refresher training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Unload containers
- Manage stock via Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
- Re-stack pallets and organise warehouse space
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and office staff
- Pick and prepare orders for despatch
