A multinational services company with presence across the globe is seeking a Director of Corporate Real Estate & Infrastructure to drive their real estate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement global real estate management strategies
  • Align property initiatives with corporate objectives
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and cost-efficiency initiatives
  • Oversee property acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions
  • Negotiate complex contracts and lease agreements
  • Monitor property performance
• Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead sustainability initiatives and environmental metrics
  • Lead multicultural teams of facilities managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in real estate/facilities management with 5+ years in leadership xwzovoh
