With continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are now seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.This role will see you providing full commercial support across drylining projects, driving profitability through effective cost management, timely applications, subcontractor control, and accurate financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesCommercial ManagementProvide full commercial oversight across projects, maintaining and maximising profitability through effective cost control and value management.Contracts & TenderingCreate, review, and manage tender documentation, contracts, and formal notices, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure clarity and compliance.Risk & Financial ControlDemonstrate strong commercial awareness, identifying and managing financial and contractual risks while driving favourable project outcomes.Negotiation & Stakeholder ManagementLead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers, resolving issues effectively while maintaining strong working relationships across project teams. xwzovoh Reporting & Final AccountsManage project reporting, applications, and financial data, ensuring accuracy within systems and taking ownership of final accounts.RequirementsMust hold a degree in Quantity SurveyingMust have 25 years experience with a Drylining ContractorStrong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processesHighly organised, driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environmentKeywordsProject Quantity Surveyor, QS, Drylining, Commercial, Construction, London, Specialist Contractor, Cost Management, Contracts, South East London…
