Job Description As an Engineer you will specialise in plumbing and heating to manage and maintain these services and systems at sites within the property portfolio. Working in our varied commercial and residential properties as part of a small team within the Facilities and Services department supporting the plumbing and heating services. Familiarity with creating and completing all required maintenance documentation and updates on our electronic systems. As part of the team, you will support the departments on-call rota, including any pre-planned works and responding to equipment issues. Level 3 NVQ certificate in Mechanical Engineering Services Plumbing. Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Domestic Plumbing and Heating (Gas Fired Water & Central Heating Appliances) 600/1134/8 (6189-33). CENWAT Certification and CCN 1 (Domestic) Gas Safe Certificate. Certified in unvented heating systems. Experience in troubleshooting installations, fault finding, and repairs. Awareness of risk assessment and working safely with electronic test equipment. Possession of a full UK driving licence is essential. Carrying out maintenance routines. Diagnosing and repairing faults on a wide variety of plant including water heaters, calorifiers, motors, circulating heating pumps, vented and unvented systems, boilers, fans, drives, ground and air source heating systems.
