Relay Direct is seeking a Junior Sales Project Representative to join our Milton Keynes-based team. Role Responsibilities
- Engaging directly with customers in face-to-face settings on behalf of leading UK brands
- Delivering outstanding customer service experiences while actively driving brand awareness
- Building and nurturing relationships that convert new customers into long-term brand advocates
- Assisting the wider team in the execution of local outreach strategies and campaign objectives
- Participating in daily performance reviews and team target-setting sessions
Candidate Profile
- A warm, approachable personality with a natural aptitude for customer engagement
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is highly advantageous
- Motivated to develop a long-term career in sales and marketing beyond a service role
- A positive, solution-focused attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must be 18 years of age or above and legally entitled to work in the UK
