Weu2019re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a unique blend of product marketing and event management expertise to lead key initiatives that drive ATSu2019s growth and brand impact across the EU. In this role, youu2019ll be the strategic lead and single point of contact for leading Marketing for our Amazon Relay suit of brands by creating valuable engagement and educational opportunities for customers and partners. Alongside these responsibilities, youu2019ll spearhead product marketing campaigns that attract new customers, aligning closely with our program’s business objectives. With a focus on delivering compelling content and data-driven strategies, youu2019ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both regionally and globally, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with Amazonu2019s mission. Key job responsibilities

Develop and implement data-driven product marketing campaigns for Amazon Relay, with a focus on customer acquisition and media planning to attract new customers and grow brand presence across the EU.

Build and execute targeted acquisition strategies, leveraging various media channels, including social media platforms like LinkedIn, to maximize reach and engagement among target audiences.

Lead, plan, and execute flagship events that serve as pivotal engagement points for our customers and partners, ensuring events align with Amazonu2019s sustainability goals and strategic business objectives.

Conduct post-campaign reporting and analysis, measuring ROI, analyzing data for insights, and identifying opportunities for future improvements to strengthen effectiveness.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, carriers, and partners, driving global consistency and supporting broader marketing initiatives as needed.

Basic Qualifications

– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

– Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

– Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

– Experience in marketing or marketing research

Preferred Qualifications

– Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

– Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
