We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care service supporting over 40 private clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a service that is expanding rapidly, with real potential for career progression as the branch continues to grow.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous improvement. You will be supported by an established Deputy Manager and a dedicated office and care team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the care and office teams
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and preparing the service for inspection
- Promoting a positive, open, and inclusive workplace culture
- Overseeing recruitment, supervision, and staff development
- Building strong relationships with carers, clients, and stakeholders
- Maintaining high standards of care delivery and safeguarding
- Supporting the on-call rota approximately once per week (£150 per on-call)
About You
Essential:
- Experience within domiciliary care
- Management or supervisory experience
- Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
Desirable:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
- Experience leading a service through xwzovoh CQC inspection
- Budget management experience
