Are you a passionate and driven sales professional with a love for luxury goods and exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team at the Bang & Olufsen store in Nottingham.


What you'll be doing:


As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, providing a premium experience for every customer.


Your role will involve:

  • Engaging with customers both in-store and in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the perfect Bang & Olufsen products.
  • Using your expertise to highlight the features and benefits of our high-end audio and visual solutions.
  • Proactively generating new leads, following up on opportunities, and identifying new avenues for business growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, using tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams for remote consultations.
  • Maximising sales opportunities by expertly recommending complementary products to a customer's purchase.


What we're looking for:

  • Previous sales experience, ideally within the luxury goods sector (e.g., watches, high-end cars, designer clothing).
  • A strong desire to deliver the highest level of customer service.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who is comfortable with both in-person and remote sales interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently present and demonstrate premium products.
  • A solid understanding of computers and technology.
