About the Role
As aGraduate Associate, youll play a vital role in supporting the companys financial operations. Working alongside cross-functional finance teams, youll contribute to maintaining high-quality datasets and delivering timely, client-focused insights. This position is an excellent fit for graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop their analytical skills within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Duties:
- Gather and analyse financial data from various documents and platforms
- Work efficiently to meet strict deadlines, including preparing client updates and alerts
- Provide client support by resolving queries and assisting with onboarding processes
- Identify and categorise key financial terminology to improve reporting precision
Skills & Experience Required
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a similar field
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle complex data accurately and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team setting
- Proactive and analytical mindset, able to solve problems and manage priorities independently
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or HTML would be an advantage
