You’ll beworking with children and young people with Autistic SpectrumDisorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needsand t herefore will need experience working withchildren with SEN as well as experience developing and embeddingcurriculum initiatives for children with SEN. This is a pivotal leadershiprole within the school, with responsibility for driving theeducational vision, maintaining high standards and supporting theday-to-day educational leadership of a dynamic and fast-pacedenvironment.

 

Workingclosely with the Head Teacher, you will oversee Qualityof Education , taking the lead on teaching andlearning, curriculum, outcomes and staff development. Thesuccessful candidate will lead the educational direction of theschool and act as the key interface between staff and the HeadTeacher, ensuring strong communication, consistency and highstandards across the school. You will also be confidentnavigating a busy and ever-changing school environment,demonstrating resilience, sound judgement and the ability torespond effectively when the day takes an unexpectedturn.
