£30,000 Base + Uncapped Commission OTE £50k–£80k+

Role Description

We are looking for a relentless SDR / Business Development Representative to help drive new client acquisition. This is not a “comfortable” sales role. If you are afraid of rejection, this role is not for you. If you are competitive, resilient and motivated by money, progression & relationship building, you will do very well here, daily duties include;


  • Cold calling Warehouse, Manufacturing and Industrial businesses
  • Prospecting and identifying decision makers
  • Booking meetings for BDMs to close
  • Following up leads relentlessly
  • Using AI sales tools and automation platforms
  • Managing outreach activity in CRM systems
  • Hitting daily and weekly activity KPIs


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven skills in sales and lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in sales and business development strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills


What you'll need

  • SDR experience
  • Recruitment sales experience
  • Outbound calling experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, Email marketing


We care more about attitude than CVs. You’ll fit this role if you are highly driven, confident, competitive, organised, resilient, comfortable with high outbound volume.
