  • Develop questionnaires and sampling strategies aligned with client goals
  • Oversee fieldwork and ensure data quality and integrity
  • Analyse complex datasets using statistical tools and translate findings into clear insights
  • Deliver compelling reports and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical senior clients
  • Collaborate with senior team members to create compelling / impactful deliverables
  • Be comfortable in front of clients and be part of the client conversations

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in quantitative research
  • Experience with survey platforms desirable (e.g., Decipher, Displayr, SPSS etc.)
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and narratives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Passion for working in the research industry
  • Agency experience is desirable

What We’re Looking For

  • A curious thinker with a passion for both data and creativity
  • Someone who challenges assumptions and brings fresh perspectives
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
