Site Manager – Cut & Carve Residential Refurbishment (Hammersmith)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity in the Hammersmith area, overseeing a major structural alteration, refurbishment and fit-out project converting an existing building into 35 residential units.
The successful candidate must have a proven background delivering cut and carve refurbishment schemes, ideally within the residential sector, and be confident managing complex live-site construction environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day site management of structural alteration, refurbishment and fit-out works
- Coordination and management of subcontractor packages to maintain programme targets
- Ensuring strict compliance with Health & Safety standards at all times
- Driving site progress to meet programme and quality expectations
- Providing regular progress updates to senior management
- Chairing and attending progress meetings with specialist subcontractors
This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to keep a complex refurbishment programme moving efficiently.
