The Role

As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will take a leading role in the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, managing client relationships and supporting the development of junior team members.


You will be involved in:

  • Cost planning and estimating
  • Procurement and tender management
  • Contract administration
  • Value engineering and commercial advice
  • Risk management and reporting
  • Managing project finances and forecasting
  • Supporting business development activities
  • Mentoring and developing junior consultants


About You

The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • Experience working within a consultancy environment
  • Strong pre and post contract cost management experience
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Experience delivering projects across one or more core sectors such as commercial, residential, fit out, infrastructure or mixed-use
  • MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
