Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Finance Transformation Programme from inception to completion. Own programme governance, including planning, reporting, RAID management and steering committee coordination. Manage senior stakeholder engagement, including executive sponsors, to enable clear communication, alignment and decision-making. Oversee benefits realisation, financial tracking and budget management across the programme. Coordinate resources and dependencies across multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery. Provide strong leadership across cross-functional teams to drive change and maintain momentum. Ensure structured programme delivery in line with recognised frameworks and best practice. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation or complex programme management initiatives. Strong programme management experience within complex transformation or change environments. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement at senior and executive level. Deep understanding of programme governance, planning, RAID management and structured delivery frameworks (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, Agile). Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget management and benefits realisation tracking. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, translate strategy into practical delivery outcomes and drive sustainable change.
