This role sits within a multidisciplinary team working on complex hardware where performance, robustness, and traceability are critical.
You will be responsible for the design, test, and verification of electronic subsystems, with a strong emphasis on deep-level fault finding down to component level and hands-on laboratory work supporting development and qualification activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Electronics Engineer in a high-reliability or aerospace/space environment
- Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to troubleshoot down to component level (resistors, ICs, PCB traces, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with electronic test, measurement, and debugging equipment
- Proficiency in Python for instrument control, automation, and data acquisition
- Solid understanding of analogue and digital circuit design principles
- Experience with PCB-level diagnostics and electronic system validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex hardware environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative engineering team
