Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Fertility Healthcare Assistant/Administrator. Responsibilities include assisting patients with administrative support, coordinating appointments, managing patient records, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols, and providing high-quality patient care. The role also involves effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals, answering queries, and ensuring a supportive experience for all patients.

  • Support the clinical team by managing results, chasing reports, and ensuring everything is accurately documented
  • Liaise with external partners including laboratories, scan providers, pharmacies, and courier services
  • Prepare and send patient communications using clinical templates, keeping patients informed at every stage
  • Manage consent forms, patient records, and invoicing, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Keep our internal systems up to date, ensuring the clinical team always has what they need to deliver outstanding care
  • Contribute to a smooth, well-run clinic that patients and clinicians can rely on every day
  • Coordinate day-to-day patient scheduling, ensuring appointments run smoothly across our nationwide partner network
  • Act as a key point of contact for patients, responding to queries with warmth, clarity, and efficiency


Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Patient Care, Medicine, and related healthcare practices
  • Understanding and application of Health & Safety standards and Manual Handling techniques
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interaction
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and demonstrate strong time management skills
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting, especially in fertility or reproductive health, is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or training in healthcare, patient care, or administration are beneficial
