What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment
- Proven 360 experience – confident in winning new business, developing existing accounts, and delivering top talent
- Strong track record of making placements and driving revenue
Ideal background:
- Experience within a small to medium-sized recruitment business
- Exposure to hiring for VC-backed startups (Pre-Seed through Series B/C)
- Comfortable leveraging AI and modern tools to enhance recruitment processes
