Recruitment Consultant Construction | Belfast | £30,000 £50,000+ OTE (Year 1)
The Role
We have a new role available due to expansion plans for a Recruitment Consultant to work on a 360 construction desk – covering site managers, engineers, project managers, and contracts managers across Ireland.
You'll be joining a specialist consultancy, not a generalist agency. Our clients range from growing SMEs to multinational contractors, and we're expanding fast into new markets in 2026. This is a desk with real momentum behind it.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Running a full 360 desk – business development, candidate sourcing, and placements
- Building relationships with construction clients across Ireland
- Identifying and placing quality candidates at all levels, from site to senior management
- Growing your client base through proactive outreach and networking
What We're Offering
- £30,000 £50,000+ OTE in Year 1 – uncapped commission, no ceiling on earnings
- Short Fridays – Monday to Thursday finish at 4:30, Friday at 3:30
- 35 days holiday – well above the norm
- Enhanced pension – above industry standard contributions
- A small, high-performing team where your results are visible and rewarded
Who We Want
You've worked in recruitment, sales, or business development and you know how to open doors and close deals. Construction or manufacturing experience is a bonus – but hunger and commercial instinct matter more.
