We're seeking a reliable Maintenance Joiner to join our team and support ongoing works across Northern Ireland, specifically Mid Ulster. This role suits someone who delivers high-quality workmanship, communicates well, and can manage day-to-day maintenance tasks independently.
Your new role
- Planned & reactive joinery – doors, frames, skirting, flooring, and general building fabric repairs
- Site inspections and clear reporting
- Professional tenant/client interaction on occupied sites
What you'll need to succeed
- Valid CSR card
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to complete a Basic AccessNI check
- Strong joinery background, ideally within maintenance environments
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
