The brands are established. The retailer relationships already exist. The opportunity is about elevating how the business grows those accounts commercially.


They are evolving towards a more strategic, FMCG-style model with stronger joint business planning, sharper propositions, better use of data and more disciplined account development across major national customers.


This is not a “keep things ticking over” SNAM role.


The successful person will play a visible role in shaping commercial strategy, influencing how major retail partnerships are developed and helping raise the level of the wider sales function.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership in a business that wants bigger thinking, stronger execution and a more modern approach to national accounts.


This will suit someone who:


  • enjoys building and improving, not just maintaining
  • wants visibility and influence within a growing business
  • is commercially sharp and strategically minded
  • can translate insight into compelling retailer propositions
  • thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments
  • enjoys leading from the front commercially


Ideal backgrounds include:


  • FMCG or branded consumer goods
  • Grocery, discounters or major national retail accounts
  • Existing Senior National Account Manager or high-performing NAM ready to step up
  • Strong experience delivering JBPs and sustainable account growth
