Job Title: IT and Operation Programme Director

Location: UK Based Hybrid (x2 days in a week to Leeds)

Overview

Experienced IT and Operation Director to lead large-scale operations and infrastructure transformation within a global financial services environment. Responsible for end-to-end programme delivery, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing organisational capability and operating models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex IT programmes aligned to business objectives
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and multiple infrastructure workstreams (cloud, networks, data centres, security)
• Define governance, reporting, and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders including CIO and executive leadership

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven Programme Director experience in large, complex organisations
• Strong background in IT infrastructure (cloud, networks, data centres, EUC)
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ITIL
