About you

  • Previous experience managing end-to-end bid and tender processes
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent project management and organisational ability
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to respond to detailed criteria
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in a professional services or marketing environment is desirable

What you'll do

  • Coordinate bids and tenders from initiation through to submission
  • Track tender portals and manage deadlines and clarifications
  • Draft and review high-quality tender responses and proposals
  • Complete compliance questionnaires and onboarding documentation
  • Develop marketing collateral, presentations and business development materials
  • Support events, campaigns and wider marketing initiatives
  • Review tender feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across marketing projects
