About you:

  • Previous supervisory experience within cleaning, facilities management, or a related environment
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends when required
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above, or equivalent qualification


What you'll do:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the cleaning function, ensuring excellent presentation and hygiene standards
  • Lead, support, and motivate team members to meet operational objectives
  • Prepare staff rotas and manage holiday scheduling effectively
  • Carry out site quality inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene procedures
  • Manage client communication and respond to issues or complaints in a professional manner
  • Monitor stock levels, cleaning supplies, PPE, and equipment to support uninterrupted service delivery
