My client is currently urgently looking for Senior Director, Salesforce & CPQ Transformation to lead our global Salesforce roadmap and CPQ rollout across many countries in a complex cybersecurity distribution environment. This role will standardise how we quote, price, and transact with vendors, resellers, MSPs and MSSPs, enabling scalable growth across our two‑tier channel model.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end Salesforce and CPQ transformation roadmap for our cybersecurity distribution business, from early discovery through multi‑wave rollout across 50+ countries.

Lead a global program that supports high‑volume, multi‑vendor, multi‑currency quoting for resellers, MSPs, and MSSPs, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to sales and partners.

Define program governance with VP RevOps and regional leaders, covering commercial priorities such as deal velocity, margin protection, and partner experience.

Experience & Qualifications

12+ years in Salesforce‑centric roles (Sales/Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, IT, or Consulting) with significant exposure to cybersecurity, ICT, or software/Cloud distribution.

Proven leadership of at least one large Salesforce CPQ (or similar CPQ) implementation in a distributor, VAR, or multi‑vendor environment with complex, large‑line‑item quotes.

Deep understanding of cybersecurity channel models (two‑tier distribution, MSP/MSSP, deal registration, vendor programs, rebates, renewals) and how these translate into quoting and approval logic.

Strong technical understanding of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, data model, integration patterns) and experience addressing enterprise‑scale quoting performance issues.

Track record of delivering transformation programs on time and on budget in highly matrixed, global organisations.

Experience working with ERP and billing platforms common in distribution and integrating them into a seamless quote‑to‑cash process.

Project/program management credentials (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent) preferred.

This role may be offered on a permanent or contract basis, and requires the candidate to start immediately.
