We are currently looking for an experienced SC Cleared (or clearable) User Researcher to join a leading consultancy on a high-profile public sector transformation programme.
Overview
Key skills and experience:
- Strong background in User Research within government UCD programmes
- Experience working to GDS standards and within agile teams
- Skilled in planning and conducting user research to inform service and interaction design
- Ability to map end-to-end services, identify pain points and opportunities, and co-create solutions with stakeholders
- Confident presenting findings and facilitating workshops to drive user-centred decision making
- Must hold active SC Clearance or be eligible
- Remote first (must be flexible to travel if needed)
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to inform service and interaction design on a public sector transformation programme
- Plan and execute research activities, synthesize findings, and present insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map end-to-end services and identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate workshops and drive user-centred decision making
Qualifications
- Experience in government UCD programmes
- Experience with GDS standards and Agile environments
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- SC clearance or eligible
