This is a 3-month contract to start on a major landfill / environmental project.

If youre good at what you do, theres a very strong chance youll stay on not just on this job, but across a pipeline of projects throughout Ireland.

If youre just looking for a stopgap, fair enough.
If you want something that actually turns into long-term work, this is where it happens.

The Role

Youll be running a busy site, keeping things safe, on programme, and moving forward without constant firefighting.

This isnt a clipboard job. Youll be expected to take ownership and make decisions.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day site operations

  • Coordinating subcontractors and trades

  • Driving programme and keeping works on track

  • Maintaining high HSEQ standards (not just ticking boxes)

  • Ensuring quality is right first time

  • Liaising with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders

What Were Actually Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on civils / landfill / groundworks / infrastructure projects

  • Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, and site operations

  • Someone who can run a job without needing hand-held

  • Solid leadership, not afraid to push back when needed

  • SMSTS + CSR Card (essential)
