As the first full-time marketing hire, you will operationalise 100% year‑on‑year growth by building a scalable demand‑generation engine from scratch. You will turn proprietary creator data into industry‑defining authority and repeatable enterprise pipeline.

- Proven track record as a “player‑coach” who can build attribution systems and write copy without needing a large team.
- Commercially minded operator who prioritises pipeline math and revenue generation over abstract brand theory.
