Process Technician – Progress Your Manufacturing Career Location: Devizes, Wiltshire Salary Package: 33,000 – 36,000 DOE plus bonuses

Are you working in a production role and ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is looking for a Process Technician to join their team and play a key role in improving processes, driving efficiency, and supporting manufacturing excellence.

The Role

This is a hands-on, problem-solving role where you’ll:

• Support production by resolving process and performance issues
• Investigate root causes of problems and implement corrective actions
• Apply Lean principles and improvement tools (8D, 5Y, Ishikawa) to drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
• Implement error-proofing (Poka Yoke) and process control improvements

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge and practical use of Lean principles and continuous improvement tools
• Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
• Ability to read drawings and understand process specifications
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude

Formal qualifications (HNC, NVQ, etc.) are desirable but not essential – experience and attitude matter most.
