Job Title: Finance Director
Location: Hybrid – Peterborough & Monmouth sites at least twice per week
Package includes: Competitive salary, discretionary performance bonus, car allowance, private healthcare, matched pension contribution up to 10%
We’re looking for a Finance Director to partner with our Global Supplements team to support growth of our B2C branded products portfolio across the UK and internationally.
What You’ll Do
- Set the vision and direction for the Finance team, aligning with business objectives.
- Provide strategic input to senior leadership team, informing key decisions and growth plans.
- Integrate Finance across the Global Supplements business and provide real value through the provision of quality, timely and accurate information.
- Oversee financial governance and ensure robust controls and procedures are applied across Global Supplements.
- Combine proficient analytical skills and intuition, seeking innovative new approaches, processes and systems that add value to the organisation.
- Ensure all financial targets are met in addition to financial and statutory regulations complied with.
- Oversee financial evaluation of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration.
- Responsible for financial planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Build meaningful relationships and partnerships to encourage collaboration and inclusivity.
- Coach and develop a high-performing Finance team, creating a culture of engagement and excellence.
- Provide strategic input into the Global Supplements Senior Leadership Team supporting and advising important decisions affecting the business unit.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a senior finance leader within a B2C branded company.
- Effective business partnering with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build consensus across all levels.
- Comprehensive commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions, whilst maintaining relationships.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and openness to change.
- A role model who inspires and contributes to team development and performance.
- Shows initiative and is accountable for delivering results.
Location
This role offers flexibility with a mix of home and office-based working, regular visits to Peterborough and Monmouth sites. Occasional international travel may be required.
