About the job

We’re looking for an experienced Data Protection, AI, and Data Governance Manager to join our Compliance team and safeguard our high-growth trading entity. This isn’t just about ticking boxes—it's about defining a smart, scalable data governance approach and proactively building solutions to comply with emerging AI regulations.

What you’ll lead

• Act as the Data Protection Officer for our UK Trading entity.
• Define and deploy the 2LoD data governance model (including data mapping, catalogues, and quality controls).
• Be the SME on UK GDPR and upcoming AI regulations.
• Review new products to ensure compliance and value delivery.

You’ll need

• 3+ years in Data Protection/AI Regulatory Compliance/Data Governance.
• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and warehousing principles.
• Experience with any programming language.
• A solution-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for emerging tech compliance.
