We are working with a leading international bank and seeking a Legal Counsel to support its Export and Infrastructure Finance team in London. This is a unique part‑time role (3 days per week) and for a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to be extended. The role involves advising on a broad range of complex cross‑border export credit, infrastructure and project finance transactions across EMEA and other key markets, with exposure to sustainable finance initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating finance documentation across export credit and project finance transactions
- Advising on portfolio matters, including distressed and non‑distressed scenarios
- Working closely with credit, compliance, ESG, tax and senior management teams
About you
- UK qualified lawyer with ideally 2 – 5 years' PQE gained in the finance team of a leading law firm or financial institution.
- Strong experience in project finance transactions, ideally – export, infrastructure and/or project finance experience
