- Develop and improve customer relations and performance.
- Gain new business in cooperation with Service and Sales Team.

Qualifications
- Proven Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proven track record of Management role in Freight Forwarding industry.
- Ensure operational compliance with all Safety/Security & Customs requirements for Liverpool Office. Possess confidence in presenting information to key stakeholders.
- Effective decision maker. Ability to motivate and drive a successful team. Ability to plan and prioritise tasks. Thrive in delivering results. High degree of initiative and self‑sufficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
