Job Description

This is a fast paced and exciting role for a mid level lawyer with experience in acquisition of content, scripted and non scripted production and knowledge of content licensing.  The role is offered on a 12 month fixed term basis and joins a well established in house legal team who form part of  one of the top international media content companies in central London. The role works closely with the global content team and supports acquiring content and formats from the companies own production brands and third parties.  You will need to have a solid understanding of using various models such as co-productions, deficit financing models, output and first look deals. Knowledge of television production and commissioning is an important aspect of the role. Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years pqe and be available to start a role in the summer.
