Job Purpose
This role is part of our Creative & Media services. Our team blends imaginative storytelling with performance‑driven strategies and cutting‑edge technology to create engaging digital experiences for clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Client Leadership: Act as the primary business partner for the client, building trust‑based relationships at the senior level.
- Growth Ownership: Drive a 20% YoY growth target by identifying commercial opportunities in Paid Media, Social Organic, LLM, and Influencer strategy.
- Matrix Orchestration: Lead the "Trio" (Account, Program, Strategy), serving as the final decision‑maker to ensure delivery matches client expectations.
- Strategic Sparring: Challenge the client and internal teams with "Growth Invention" ideas, moving beyond execution to strategic impact.
- Commercial Governance: Own the P&L, SOWs, and profitability for the Business Group.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Media Pedigree: Deep, must‑have understanding of integrated Paid Media (Social, Programmatic, Search).
- Agency DNA: Proven experience managing complex, multi‑workstream accounts in a global agency or consultancy environment.
- A confident, outgoing, and positive personality.
- Natural people person who builds chemistry instantly.
- Challenger Mindset: Not afraid to have sensitive conversations or reset expectations when budgets or timings shift.
- Social Fluency: Experience or strong exposure to Social Organic and Influencer ecosystems.
