As they expand their studio, they are seeking a skilled Midweight Creative Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The Role
As a Creative Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of creative projects, collaborating with designers, writers, account directors, and other team members to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. more consistently.
What you’ll deliver
You’ll project manage a mix of digital and physical outputs, including:
- Presentations and keynote materials
- Video and motion outputs
- Digital campaign assets and marketing collateral
- Event-related creative and communications
- Large-scale physical print
- White papers and long-form documents
- Micro-sites and online self-service communications
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning – Own project plans, milestones, and delivery comms from brief to sign-off.
- Client communication – Run day-to-day client communication and keep briefs, timelines, and expectations clear.
- Cross-team coordination – Coordinate smoothly across teams and share information early to prevent blockages.
- Prioritisation – Manage multiple workstreams with confident prioritisation and forward planning.
- Tools and workflow – Maintain strong delivery excellence in trackers (Scoro), comms plans, and file structures.
- Ownership mindset – Take initiative, act on feedback, and follow through on commitments.
- Commercial awareness – Work with commercial awareness and protect time, value, and resource impact.
- Clear communication – Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, adapting to different audiences.
- Team contribution – Contribute positively to team culture and support colleagues to succeed.
- Quality and improvement – Uphold high quality standards and suggest practical improvements.
- Problem solving – Solve routine problems independently and keep delivery moving.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing creative or digital projects in an agency or professional services environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities, with confidence managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Scoro experience ideal but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining quality and process standards.
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into actionable project plans and timelines.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude with a desire to learn and grow within a creative business.
