    • Qualify opportunities and scope engagements.
    • Provide regular status updates and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all engagements, including outputs, KPIs and utilisation.
  • Contribute to internal best practices, templates, and knowledge sharing, and support the onboarding and mentoring of junior team members.
  • Stay current on Microsoft Copilot roadmap, Modern Work capabilities, licensing, and funding model changes.

  • Demonstrable, hands‑on experience with:
    • M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and Copilot Studio (including building and managing custom Copilot agents).
    • Designing and delivering advisory/workshop‑style engagements.
  • Proven pre‑sales and consulting experience:
    • Scoping client needs and defining outcomes.
    • Explaining Copilot value to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
    • Engaging confidently with IT leaders and C‑suite executives.
  • Good understanding of data security and Azure / cloud security fundamentals as they relate to Copilot deployments (e.g., permissions, data access, information protection).
  • Experience with Microsoft‑funded engagements (e.g., Microsoft Commerce Incentives, Partner Centre processes, Proof of Execution) is highly advantageous.
