Job Title: Building Services Handyman
Location: South West London
We are looking for a Handyman with a keen attitude to work, who is happy to be an integral part of the building services team.
Main Duties:
- Preventative and pre-planned maintenance
- Hosting Contractors
- Assisting Shift Engineers
- Reactive Maintenance (Unblocking toilets, water temp checks, weekly flushing etc.)
- Keeping accurate records of jobs using log books
- Working within a team of 6 engineers
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday
Package and Benefits:
- Salary between £33,000
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience within commercial maintenance
- Reliable and keen attitude to work (2x References will be required)
- Basic mechanical knowledge (Valves, pumps, fan coil units)
