Scope of Work

• Sponsor‑led leveraged finance
• Acquisition / holdco / second lien / structured financings
• Fund‑level finance (subscription / NAV / management lines)
• Private credit and alternative lender transactions
• Cross‑border financings involving major sponsors, institutions and asset managers
