An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven solicitor to join a nationally recognised Catastrophic & Complex Injury team.


Title: Senior Associate / Associate

Location: UK-wide (Flexible / Hybrid)

Salary: Dependant on Experience


The Role

This role is ideally suited to an experienced lawyer seeking high-quality work, greater autonomy and a clear pathway toward Legal Director, as part of a wider succession planning strategy within the team.


You will join a market-leading practice acting for major insurers and household-name corporates on some of the most serious and high-value personal injury claims in the UK, including traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and fatal accident claims.


This is a senior position offering the opportunity to take ownership of complex, multi-million-pound matters while playing a key role in client relationships, team development and the future growth of the practice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of high-value, complex injury claims from inception through to resolution
  • Developing and executing clear case strategies aligned with client and commercial objectives
  • Handling technically complex matters including catastrophic injury and fatal claims
  • Acting as a senior point of contact for key insurer and corporate clients
  • Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team development


About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with strong experience in catastrophic / complex injury or high-value personal injury claims
  • Proven ability to manage complex litigation and run files with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
